A Penthouse Rental that is Putting on The Ritz
The Musano’s had begun their search for a property that would make a beautiful rental for others to enjoy and at the same time have a place of their own where they could make lasting memories with their family. As luck would have it, their seasoned local Brigantine realtor Claudette Savino provided them with a beautiful option that would make their dreams come true. She showed them a 2 story penthouse in the Raman. A corner unit that had amazing direct ocean front views and just the right amount of space for families.
The unit needed a bit of TLC so Claudette brought a local team in to handle the project. Headed by local designer Tina Marie Warren with TMWCSI and General Contractor Dwayne McFerren with Joy Construction they immediately went to work to assist the Musano’s in transforming their condo into their Brigantine oasis.
Mike Musano expressed his design concept to Tina Marie stating, “I want to feel like I am at the Ritz when I am here.” Her choices of textures, layout, colors and decor reflect that luxurious feel. With the help of all of the local talent pulled together by Dwayne, they worked as an orchestrated ensemble to create a space that was sure to please the Musano Family. Throughout the many challenges renovating the unit, the Musano’s were fortunate to have had a highly qualified local team to manage the project from concept to completion. With the Musano’s being in New York, they were a bit concerned about being so far away during the construction. However, grateful for the local team of professionals in Brigantine their renovation project was completed beyond their expectations.
As Mike Musano put it in a text to Tina Marie “I can’t thank you enough for building my dream condo! I’m so happy with everything you did”.
