“2024 RIPTIDE FALL DERBY PERMITS ARE NOW AVAILABLE AT RIPTIDE BAIT AND TACKLE. If you have a valid Brigantine 4x4 ALONG with a 2024 FALL Riptide Derby Permit you will be allowed to drive the front beach of Brigantine to get to your favorite fishing spots. If you are on the front beach you MUST be in the "act" of fishing. From today to Sept 15th you can drive (with said permits) on the front beach from 6:00 pm-9:00 am. The police have been notified and will be looking if you are on the front beach for both permits and that you are in the "act" of fishing. Please follow all local regulations and DRIVE slow as the weather is warm and there will be walkers on the beach enjoying what The Rock has to offer.
